At the rate they are rebuilding the bridge, it could open just before the Kadayawan festival.

Peter, 97% complete according to the report today. Done by the time school opens in June. Hip hip hooray!
Just one question: Why is the side of the bridge so high and solid? It obscures the river. Why not the same siding as the other bridge were you can see the water as you drive by? Hiding something?
